Beth started ENC in her hometown in 2009 and has been practicing Psychology since 2004. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill, where she received a BA in Psychology, and ECU, where she was awarded a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical interests include psychological testing, behavior plans, OCD and other anxiety disorders, adolescent issues, and Autism. Beth offers testing and therapy in both Kinston and Goldsboro offices.
Beth offers a full range of psychological testing, including personality testing, ADHD, learning disorders, and Autism.
Haley graduated from the University of the Southwest in 2013, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University. Haley serves children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a particular focus on family dynamics and behavioral disorders. She is based in the Kinston office.
Efcel received his Master in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia in 2013. He has experience doing in-home therapy with a wide assortment of clients and their families, including military families dealing with anxieties of deployment and reunification after re-deployment. He has worked with multiple mothers and mothers-to-be with depression, as well as couples in couple's therapy. He provides therapy in both Kinston and Goldsboro offices.
Melissa received her Master’s Degree in counseling from Campbell University in May of 2000. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina as well as a National Certified Counselor. She has received additional training in faith based counseling and offer these services upon request. Additionally, she holds a Masters in Public Health with a Certificate in Rural and Ethnic Health Disparities from East Carolina University. She has been in private practice since 2001 and work with a broad spectrum of clients and issues. Her background experiences prior to entering private practice include teaching all ages from preschool through college as well as two years of experience as a school counselor. Melissa is based in the Goldsboro office.
Brandy obtained her Master of Science degree in Addiction Counseling in 2012 and a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling in
2016 from Grand Canyon University. She serves adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders, using CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Brandy is based in the Kinston office.
Laverne is based in our Goldsboro office and also does telehealth therapy. Hannah Laverne Morrisey is originally from the Goldsboro area. She earned her Master’sDegree in Mental H ealth Counseling at Nyack College in Manhattan, NY. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with training in mental health counseling and crisis intervention for children and adults. She has several years of experience in working with individuals who have developmental and emotional challenges. She has assisted numerous clients in overcoming barriers to become more independent. In 2016, she completed credentialing in Family Development from Official National Family Development Credential Program /University of Connecticut. In October 2018, she completed credentialing for National Wraparound Facilitation for children and families. She offers special
care in the areas of mindfulness, anxiety, and stress management. She is based out of our Goldsboro office and offers telehealth options.

Lynne received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Barton College in 1993 and later acquired her Masters of Education with a concentration in Counseling at Campbell University in May 2005. She taught elementary school for twelve years, and she has been a school counselor for the past eighteen years. Lynne recently retired from the public school system as a high school counselor. She has expertise in working with students on a variety of social and emotional issues and has helped them to find solutions to problems that affect their learning. Lynne has worked extensively, helping students with career and college planning, and she has worked with students on issues that deal with abuse, neglect, trauma, divorce, behavioral interventions, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, and conflict resolution. She also enjoys working with women’s health, and she has experience in helping with postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, depression, and menopausal and hormonal issues that affect women and their well-being. Lynne is a Christian counselor and hopes to offer faith-based therapy upon request.

Traver Stewart received his Master’s Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University, PA in 2004 and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University, VA in 2013.
Mr. Stewart has been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2013 and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. He is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor. He brings to the practice over 20 years of experience in direct psychiatric care. He has experience in providing care in
the private practice setting, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, mobile crisis management, emergency services, group home setting, and adolescent residential care. Mr. Stewart specializes in treating individuals and families with mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety issues, loss and grief, domestic violence and relationship issues. Traver’s theoretical orientation is based in psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment, structural family systems therapy, logo therapy, experiential and solution focus therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy (CBT), including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Traver works with all ages and genders, and he enjoys providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy. When he is not working, Traver enjoys going to jazz concerts, pursuing his PsyD in Counseling Psychology and spending time with friends and family.
Gail earned a Masters degree at the University of South Carolinam and primarily serves individuals 18 years and older using Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.
Her areas of specialization include treating depression, anxiety,
Adjustment disorders, and relationship concerns. During a session with Gail, you will openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns focused
on helping you function at a healthy level in your personal life or
your work life.
Nancy is ENC's office manager and is responsible for scheduling appointments, taking payments, and handling records requests. She has a long history of medical office administration and brings a lot of experience to our office.
